GIFT OF LIFE

Our club has been involved for many years.

We have always had someone on the Gift of Life Board of Directors: currently Ed Minicozzi.

We have been active in both sponsoring and hosting children. Hosting generally entails picking up child and parent at the airport, transporting them to a hospital/Ronald MacDonald House, providing some provisions and entertainment during their stay, monitoring their progress and transportation back to the airport.

Jack Mikorski regularly transports children down to Deborah Hospital near Fort Dix in New Jersey. Current members who also are/have been active in the program include Kelly Pfeifer, John De Leo, Artie Stein, Aimee DiBartolomeo, Jeff Lawton, Susan Ackerman, Carol Harrington, Mitch Stein, Bill Jacobs, Nick Mollitor and Margaret Stolworthy with the Interact Club.
