On Feb 18th we are having Aaron Stern as our Speaker. He is a Suffolk County Past Governor and is Foundation Chairman. He will give us a short talk and answer any questions. Next week Jan 22nd Robbie Donno founder of Gift of Life will be our Speaker. Taste of Locust Valley. Please sell your raffle tickets and bring a friend or neighbor. An enjoyable evening and you can pay at the door. $45 per person. The Oktoberfest will be held on Oct 2nd 2004 from 10am – 6pm. Rain date is set for Oct 3rd from 12pm – 6pm. Program Emnlynn Taylor gave us an enlightened talk on the project for Carlton House and how much is being done for these people and their families. Volunteers are needed to assist on inventory work. Donations of books used or new for 2-18 yr. olds gladly received, Spanish books also accepted. Also any magazines, National Geographic or Parenting. |
